St Pauls Advice Centre is an independent charity which aims to relieve poverty by providing and promoting the provision of free legal advice, assistance and other legal services which would not otherwise be available through lack of means and advance the education of the public on issues relating to mental, physical and social welfare. We have been priviliged to work with the people of St Pauls and Easton since 1972.

We have Specialist Advisers who are able to provide Debt and Welfare Benefits advice and casework and who are able to provide, where appropriate, representation for Social Security Tribunal hearings and appeals to the Social Security Commisioners.
In addition we provide Generalist Advice in a number of areas including Housing, Employment, Immigration and Consumer issues.
On Monday afternoons we host Somali language advice session through our sister organisation, the Somali Advice Project. We also provide a full Somali interpreting service at our drop in sessions and can arrange for interpreters in most languages for pre-booked appointments.
Further services are available to patients of Montpelier Health Centre where we provide an outreach service on Tuesday mornings. Full details of this service are also available on our Please see our 'services' page for further details.
